Private instruction one on one and small group, currently mostly on zoom due to Covid.
I love helping people find the right thing for their body/mind/emotions at any given time. Movement is available and should be available for everyone of all backgrounds. If you have taken class with me, you know my go to motto is 'DO SOMETHING!'. Private and semi private instruction is a great way to learn more of your body, what it's capable of, and for me to create a sequence or dance you can practice on your own.
Our world is going thru a collective transition and I am called to be of service. My service is holding space, encouraging you to do something, and being your movement cheerleader. You are capable.
I am offering pay as you can private instruction thru the pandemic. You can pay for yourself or someone you know in need of grounding, movement, and joy.
